What is VIP Consigning?

  • Standard Consignor makes a 60% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 30% of your sales. You will be charged a $13.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).

  • If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!

  • A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.

  • Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

VIP - Too busy to consign? VIP is for you!

We do it all:
pick up, organize, put them into outfits or sets, hang, price, enter into the data base, deliver to the sale.

Your items will be priced at 20% - 35% of retail, depending on the item and the brand.

You will be paid 30% of the sell dollars and we do the work! What can be better?

Not ready to part with everything?

If you want the big items out now - like baby gear and furniture, but aren't ready to gather clothes, no problem we can help. Or maybe you need the closet space now but aren't quite ready to part with the toys. No problem! VIP Consigning is a great solution!

What happens to unsold items?

You have 3 options: 1. Pick up unsold items on Consignor pick up day. 2. Leave your unsold items and we will re- consign seasonally appropriate items in our next event. We will hold the rest. 3. Donate unsold items. These will be made available to Foster Families, Adoptive Families and charities that don't sell them.

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

The Consignor check will be available on Pick Up day. If you do not pick up the check, it will automatically be mailed to you.

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

You will receive the passes by mail, hand delivery by the processor or they can be left for you at the event to be picked up at Pre-Sale.

What items do we accept?

We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).

We have high standards and so do our shoppers.

Clothing needs to be freshly laundered and free from pet hair. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean and odor free. No stains, holes or excessive wear. If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. There is a $1 fee per battery replaced.

How do you get us your items?

Whatever containers you choose will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items. In most cases we are happy to pick up your items. Just let us know where you are located and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Are there Any Item Limits?

No more than 25 items in sizes Newborn to 12 months. No more than 25 items in Junior Girls clothing.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

No Used Underwear, No Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers Breast pumps that are not wearable; stationary units just don't sell.


PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

Supply Fee

We charge between $5-$15 for supplies which includes hangers, string tags, rubber bands, zip ties, tape, Zip lock storage bags, labels etc.
