Consignor FAQs
Yes, no more than 25 items in size 0 to 12 months. There is no limit on any other size. Please bring only your quality items that are in excellent condition. Junior clothing must be current and only items that teens would like to wear.
You can print your bar codes at home but they must be in color. You can put the tags on at home. As long as they are checked in thoroughly when you arrive at the event, your items will be guaranteed. You will need to have your items in numeric order for check in. We can print barcode labels in advance; contact us to schedule pick up. You can choose to have barcodes printed at the store, and you label your ordered items on drop-off day, remember to choose label-in-store when signing up for a drop-off slot. Lables can be mailed to you directly, with 7 days notice to your drop-off day, to allow for timely arrival; there is a $4 fee for this service.
This will be our spring and summer event. All clothing that your child would wear during either season. Light weight jackets, light weight shirts and pant, shorts, swim wear, can be included in this event. Toys, bikes, scooters are always welcome. We accept clothing sizes newborn - juniors. Junior girls up to size 15 and XL tops. NO WOMEN'S CLOTHING. Boys sizes up to 32 waist and men's medium shirts. **JUNIOR CLOTHING NEEDS TO LOOK YOUTHFUL. Our shoppers are boys who have young men bodies and girls who have young ladies bodies.
Toys that are in excellent condition. They must be clean and complete with all working parts and pieces. Toys for infants to young teens. This includes Books to bicycles. If they are battery operated, the batteries need to work.
Books can be bundled together but should only contain the same age level of reading material. Do not combine books for different age groups or genders. You can rubber band books together or use blue painters tape to hold several books together. You can also put books into zip lock bags.
1.) MAKE OUTFITS. Clothing does not need to be of the same brand to make it an outfit. 2.) GROUP LIKE ITEMS; Group 2 shirts with a pair of pants, or 2 tops with a skirt, put 2 or 3 pair of pants together, 2 or 3 shorts together and sell them as a unit. Use rubber bands to keep the hangers together. These will sell much better than single items. ALWAYS iron! Ironed items look and sell much better.
You will need string tags which are 1.75 “ x 1.093 “.They can be purchased on Amazon or at Walmart. The labels that are attached to the string tags are 2.625 “ x 1 “ and can be purchased from Amazon, office supply stores and from Onlinelabels.com Small and large safety pins and rubber bands. Small size hangers are available at Target at approximately $3.00 for 18 hangers.
Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important!
First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item. Tape the string tag to the outside of the zip lock bag.

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.
Each new sale any consignor can earn a 5% increase in their sale percentage by doing the following: 1-have three NEW consignors enter at least 100 items each. 2-Before the start of the sale, email Diana with the three names of new consignors you recruited. * A maximum of 10% increase can be earned each sale, and percentage earned reverts back to base earnings at the end of each sale.
Yes, you may enter additional batches within one consignor code. Consignors are charged the consignor fee of $13.00 per consignor code. .
Yes depending on the amount of space that is available. Most of the furniture displayed in the Furniture Nook is sold in the first two days of our events. Contact diana@rhealana.com about bringing larger furniture items and read more about what items are not accepted before listing furniture for the sale.
We will NOT accept any cribs manufactured before Dec 31, 2014. For cribs manufactured between Dec 31, 2014, and June 28, 2020, we can accept them if they have a certificate of compliance and have not been recalled. For cribs manufactured after June 28, 2014, we can accept them if they have not been recalled.
